Hi Guys,

I need to know a way to redirect non - www url to www url of my website . How can I set www.myurl.com as default and redirect non www url to it in DOTNETNUKE version 5.3.2  .As I am using older version therefore please tell me if there is other way to do this if not from dotnetnuke admin settings

You may achieve this by setting URL Rewrite option on your IIS for your website with a rule.

Pranav,

if you can manage your IIS, create a virtual server with the host header value "mydomain.com" and redirect that to "www.mydomain.com". This is propably the most easiest way.

Login as host.
Go to Host Settings.
Then Other Settings.
Enable Request Filters.
Add a Filter:
Server Variable = "HTTP_HOST"
Operation = "Equal"
Match Value = non WWW url
Action = "Permanent Redirect"
Location = WWW URL
