Hello,

I've upgraded a website from 4.9.5 to 6.2.6, while following the suggested upgrade path.

When I've finished upgrading the website, the user accounts have disappeared. The users can still login and register to the website, but they're not listed in the user accounts page. I did made a backup of the website/database, restored it then tried again but it does the same thing.

Please could anyone help resolve this issue for me please?

Many thanks,
Dean.

Ugh, you're not going to like my answer - I had this happen with DNN 6 (I think was 6.1.5) and wound up having to go to 7 before my users showed up again. I never really got to the bottom of what happened, but I have my suspicions about custom profile properties.

Anyhoo, I'm happy enough with DNN 7.0.3 (have heard bad things about 7.0.5) I have several installs running this version so might be worth a go if you can do a test upgrade with your backup to see if it does solve the issue?
