I've change the web.config file as instructed in the Wicki page to allow files up to 10MB.  http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

As expected in the File Manager - Upload I can upload files up to 10MB.  However in the Document Manager - Upload, the max file size still says 1,000KB and it doesn't allow me to upload any files larger than that.  Are the changes in the web.config file suppose to apply to the Document Manage as well?  If not is there a way to increase to file upload size in the Document Manager like in the File Manager?

Yes, I am running IIS7.0 and the changes were made to my web.config.

<httpRuntime shutdownTimeout="180" executionTimeout="180" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="10240" requestLengthDiskThreshold="10240" requestValidationMode="2.0" />

    <security>

      <requestFiltering>

        <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="30000000" maxUrl="4096" maxQueryString="2048" />

      </requestFiltering>

    </security>

I am in the HTML Pro Module - Edit Content - Document Manager - Upload, where it will only allow me to upload files up to 1,000K.

Thanks.

I found this post that worked.  Apparently you have to go into Host - HTML Editor Manager - Everyone - Document Manager Settings.  Changing the max file upload size in the web.config file only applies to the File Manager.
