Hi ,

I am Using DNN7.I tried to change host default email(host@change.me).I updated in some db tables(USERS,ASPnet_Users).But mailis coming with  from address as 'Host@Change.me".

please help us how to change default mail address .( i already changed in host settings also)

You have to change the email of the user who is set as Site administrator (in 7 it is usually host). When updated, Clear Cache and Restart Application Pool.
E mail sould now be send from the new Site Administrator's (host) email adresse
