I am suddenly having issues with a website that i upgraded in July to 7.1.0  Everything was working, however now when I go to upgrade one of my modules, i cannot load the Extensions module.  i am getting the following error:

Can you tell me which module you were trying to load into Extensions when this error occurred?
I've never seen this error and we've tested every release with the Top 15 Selling modules from The Store and Top 5 off of CodePlex

does the error persist after you restarted the application?

Yes, I have restarted the App Pool, redid the permissions, etc. Nothing has helped.
