I know that in order to change the "invalid password" message in DNN, you have to go here:

Language Editor -> Global Resources -> Shared Resources -> Resource Name: PasswordInvalid.Text

But when a new user joins and is forced to change the password, DNN does not use this message variable.  It uses something else.  Can anyone tell me?  The default message is what is displayed:

You must enter a valid password. Please check with the Portal Administrator if you do not know the password requirements.
