Hello!

I am getting a redirect loop when trying to access our login page. What can be the problem and is there other means for logging in?

you can usually try www.yoursite.com/login.aspx (www.yoursite.com/login if using advanced urls), however when this type of thing occurs it's typically because a custom login page has been created which does not have view permissions for "all users" so you may have to amend an entry in the database (tabs table)

Hi Cathal,

How should I access the database and what is the tabs table? I was able to login via ---.com/SiteMap.aspx but its not possible anymore.
