hi,all

I had a portal named "test.mysite.com", I deleted it and then added another portal named "test.mysite.com". I find that all the data exsited in former "test.mysite.com" portal now is exsiting in new "test.mysite.com" portal and I cannot log in. I want to know how to delete a portal completely, thanks for any help!

Hi dear,

It is very simple to delete ur portal, the reson y u r getting all the data is that the entries for portal "test.mysite.com", is there in database table named "portals"

find ur portal from the table and then delete it. now u can add another portal.

When i create a new portal using a template....the Admin menu does not get transfered.   When i look at the template it is there.

Hence, i can longer delete any portals i have created as when i click on a Portal in admin....i get an error.

Can i remove a portal indirectly thorugh the database?
