All URLs in DNN have no trailing slash, and redirect to the non-trailing URL if you add a slash to the end.

I don't like, nor want, that behavior.  How do I switch this around?

A trailing slash in asp.net says that you actually want the default document for that folder i.e. mysite.com/mypage is a request for a page called mypage, whereas mysite.com/mypage/ is a request for the default document (usually default.aspx) for the folder mypage (i.e. effectively it's mysite.com/mypage/default.aspx) - as we want people to go to pages and not have lots of code working out default documents and then routes we don't use end slashes. There may be a way to configure the advanced url provider to do what you want but it's not something I've ever tried.
