Recently we upgraded a website from DNN 4.9.5 to version 6.2.4 We have noticed that when you click on the register button it simply re-loads the page you are on.

In Site Settings > Advanced Settings > Page Management the Registration Page is set to "User Profile".

Also when navigating to the register.aspx page it reloads the current page you are on. It seems like the register feature was never added to this website.

What are the settings I need to configure to have the registration feature operational? Or how can I add this feature to the site?

Thanks,

Shane

no, there aren't any settings - typically this indicates an exception happening when the control is loaded. The exception will be logged in admin->event viewer
