Hi everybody. I keep on getting the below listed error weekly... IS this a major problem and/or how do I fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is there another process accessing files like backup or virus scanner?

Not that I know of but it is on a shared server (godaddy not my choice) but there could be

that error is caused by file locking -and as Sebastian suggests it most commonly occurs when a process external to the website is inspected the file. The two most common items are over eager antivirus scanners, or windows indexing (less commonly automated site backups can cause it als). If you're on shared hosting theres likely little you can do about it
