Hi,

I have created a new profile page as I needed control over the tabs in My Account.

How can I change this link in the ViewProfile control to use the new page to replace My Profile?

Find the user control that holds that link and edit the link to point to your new page. I did the same thing a while back although I don't recall which user controls needs to be edited.

Hi,

I need to update the ViewProfile control hyperlink. I could hardcode it, but I want to understand how the HYPERLINK:EDITPROFILE is resolved.

I was reviewing code and it would appear to redirect based on this code. Does anyone know where NavigateURL get's it's information to generate the URL?

var profileUrl = Globals.NavigateURL(ModuleContext.PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, "Profile", "userId=" + ProfileUserId, "pageno=2");

It's easy to replace the link in the template with an alternative link and instead use the userid token. The problem is that those links show for everyone. But, you only want them to show when the userid = the logged in userid... I haven't found a way around that problem.
