Is it possible to send an email notification to the administrator after user has updated their profile? Administrator need to check if information is correct.

Yes, you can actually. Go to the event viewer (In the ADMIN menu). With the button Edit Log Settings (bottom of the page) you access a page where you can switch on / off the things dnn logs. For each log item you can decide to let dnn sent an email to an email adress or user. Go to the log item USERPROFILE_UPDATED, enable Email Notification Enabled and fill in the rest.
