I have the same problem with images and image manager on Dnn 7.3.2 (clean instalation) on all the browsers.
User with administrator role can't upload or select any image or add and delete any folder from image manager. And it is the same with all other managers (documents, flash and media)

But on the other hand the user with host role can do anything with no problems.

Any solution?

Possible fix which looks like it may be working for me.

Login in as Host, go to Admin > File Management > Right click Root folder > select View Folder Properties > Permissions (second tab) and hit SAVE.

This seems to have reapplied the permissions and corrected it for me.

Note: the first time I did this I actually allowed Browse, Open and Write for Registered Users as well then went back in and removed this again to just be admins. (my site only has host and admin accounts)

Wow, I just wasted a couple of hours trying to figure out what was going on with this. Using IE 11 as host - could not insert images. Finally switched over to Chrome and it worked as expected.

When can we expect this to be fixed? I'm going to have to turn this site over to a client who uses IE exclusively.
