Just after start the application, the memory starts growing and dont stops any more.

I'm using DNN 07.01.01 (385).

I have tried a machine with 4 G and 8 G of ram, and both the same behavior.

My database have 1,5G.

I have install only EasyDnnNews (http://www.easydnnsolutions.com/Modules/EasyDNNnews/Overview) and SiteGroup(https://dnnportalgroups.codeplex.com/)

I'm using cache file configuration and we have very few pageviews because still in beta tests.

this sounds strange, could you please report the size of the website (W3P process) and how it is growing.
You might consider upgrading (or testing an upgrade parallel) on DNN 7.3.1, where some improvements on DNN memory footprints have been made.

Hi,

I upgraded the DNN to the last version, and FullControl to the IIS user.

The full website folder have 1,5G

The EventLog table in sql has only 5404 rows.

Please, take a look at this imagens.

some cache files are locked (by a different process), you may stop the website and delete content of all cache folder inside /portals and restart the site again afterwards.
Make sure, there is only one worker process assigned in advanced settings of your IIS app pool. Another option could be a virus scanner or backup process blocking files from being deleted.
But both should not affect memory consumption. Use e.g. Windows performance meter or Task Manager to trace memory consumption by w3wp.exe process of your website.
