Hello,

under a Dnn 07.03.01 (20) host I created a custom public role, and would want to allow users to subscribe or unsubscribe for free - without any fee. I enabled "manage services" in user profile, users can see the section, can see both roles ( Subscribers and my custom role) but nothig happens neither when they click to unsubscribe nor subscribe buttons.

I already fixed the Roles table putting 'N' instead of NULL into BillingFrequency and TrialFrequency, but this did not solve.

Anybody with the same problem? Solutions?

Yes, and I don't see errors on the client nor in server log.

However, I now tested another host, a newly installed 7.3.1 (the other one was upgraded), and this works fine. I'm trying to check diffs in database to understand what's blocking the second host.

I found some minor diffs in roles table, but updating those did not solve the problem. Any idea about what other tables to check?

please be Aware that you'll have to restart the application after changes made directly in the database - or at least clear the Website Cache.
