After I add on few field for the registration there, when i press the register button for it in the database it show i dint insert for this few new field. is the problem that i still haven't finish the coding or i need to do some step ?

it depends, how you configured user accounts on your page and registration.
By default, the registration fields are limited and profile is displayed after verification,
however, in Admin > Site Settings on 3rd tab, you may specify to use a custom
registration form and the fields to display.

Okay , i found it.
but still got one problem is when i done the registration and go to my database check, for the account is no this few field on there, is that need to code for insert into database ?

but how about the database ?
the database will auto fill in those new custom field ?

missing property values will be added to the database upon first edit of the profile.
