I installed version 7.3.2 and then one my modules. Everything works fine and after a while of using DNN, suddenly all the page styling is gone as if no css is being used. I restarted the web site and app pool and that didn't fix it. I looked at the source and noticed the section in the page's head with all the links to css and js files is missing. My guess is DNN injects these links in the page and based on some conditions. 

Are there conditions when DNN decides not to add the links? My only way to get out of this unusable condition is to reinstall DNN. I have done this twice so far and it's getting annoying. The site is on a shared hosting.

I didn't change any settings. Even if that is set, I expect to see some .css file links. I see none.
