I have a dedicated Server.

I make a New Folder with "NETWORK SERVICE" Full Permission and Install new Version of DNN 7.3.2.

All is ok and I make it "greenwood.ae".

After finish job and make Admin user fr client, They could not upload any file from File Manager or Telerik. I check again every ting but all things was ok...!

I Add "Read Folder Permission' to All Files and folders for "Registered Users" and they could see flders on file manager or uploading file on that and tlereik.

What is Problem? I saw it before on DNN 7.3 and 7.3.1 also....

Any Help?

please check portals table in the database. RegisteredUserRoleID and AdministratorRoleID need to point to the appropriate roles.
Check roles table- TrialPeriod and BillingPeriod need to be -1 AND TrialFrequency and BillingFrequency 'N' for all roles with roleID >= 0.

About Portal table:
In Portals Table I have one portal (0) and  RegisteredUserRoleID value is "2" and AdministratorRoleID value is "1".

About Role Table:
Roll ID Portal ID RollName TrialPeriod BillingPeriod TrialFrequency BillingFrequency
-3 NULL Unauthenticated Users NULL NULL NULL NULL
-2 NULL Superusers NULL NULL NULL NULL
-1 NULL All Users NULL NULL NULL NULL
1 0 Administrators -1 -1 N N
2 0 Registered Users -1 -1 N N
3 0 Subscribers -1 -1 N N
4 0 Translator (en-US) -1 -1 N N
5 0 Unverified Users -1 -1 N N
8 0 Translator (ar-AE) 0 0 N N
9 0 Dealer -1 -1 N N

It's after my permission apply to folders for all register users as read folders. I did not check before... is it same table or not!.

When I make Admin user manually and Sign Administrator role. When they login to portal, they can do any thing by admin user. the problem is access for uploading files and make folders... Access to files is my problem. they can see all admin permission for editing pages and contents and portal settings. We have to looking for problem in other place I think....

please check folderPermission table, there needs to be at least one record for root folder id and RoleID 1,
but there should be a record for RoleId -1 as well (Read PermissionID).

Hi Leupold

My problem is that logged like admin on the file manager, after press the upload icon nothing appear. I don't know if it's the same problem

I don't understand what you mean about
> there needs to be at least one record for root folder id and RoleID 1

In my folder table the root is the Id 1
But in my folder permission there isn't the ID 1 ?

Can you help me?
