Today, for the first time, I am unable to log onto my website at http://thwvwc.org.  That is to say, I complete the login panel, with no errors, as the Administrator, the page is repainted; but the Admin controls or any other role is displayed.  The following is the entry from the event log, directly from the SQL database.

I am not sure what is happening as the same non-role is displayed if I use any other login credentials.

What could cause this condition?

it Looks like an issue with partial trust, which might be caused by recent Windows security updates.
please make sure, you are running your application in Fulltrust mode (web.config or machine.config).

Sebastian,

Thank you for your information.  I am unable to change the trust level as the ISP, Network Solutions, has locked down this capability.  However, I did a little bit more checking and find that the issue is one only with Firefox, Release 32.  There is no issue with using Internet Explorer 11, or with Safari 5.1.7.

So, I am not sure what is happening.  I will be uninstalling Firefox Release 32.0.1 and re-installing Release 30 to see if the issue is only with the latest release.

Regards
Hans

Hans,
you should contact you hosting company, partial trust is no longer suggested by Microsoft.

Cheers from Germany,
