Is there a "wireframe" tool that is specific for DNN, or that is compatible for DNN skins/css etc that I can use to view the framework of a page(s) on my site. I've used several mockup tools in the past for non CMS sites, but i need a more visual guide to see exactly how containers/panes are located within a particular page / skin in DNN

easiest thing to do is just install the skin, then click edit page and then select "view in layout mode" and it will show the layout without content. Note: if you're talking about seeing automated skin design/templated skin design, perhaps http://www.artisteer.com/?p=dnn_skins is of interest
