Any idea why users have to Logon to each page?

If I Logon as Admin everything works fine and I can go to any page.

If I Logon as a user, I can see pages with 'Registered User' access but when I select a page the Logon screen comes up and I have to logon again before I can then see/access the page.

If I then go to another page I have to logon again before I can see/access that page.

this most typically happens when pages contain requests to .net mapped extensions (such as aspx/asmx etc.) that appear to be outside the portal itself (but within the install) - DNN assumes that the user is changing portals so expires their login so that the login of the new portal will get their user permisisions correct i.e. an admin in one portal may just be a normal user in another portal. Host users do not see this effect as they are host on all portals (I'm assuming when you mean "logon as admin" you mean host). Previously this was easy to check as you simply looked at the requests in a http proxy such as Fiddler and saw which one expires the portalroles cookie - but we no longer use that cookie, so you will have to review the requests and try to pick out the .mapped extension -the most common issues we see are aspx pages within desktopmodules folders that are used to generate images for user visits or images for thumbnails (and that do not contain a tabid or portalid in their querystring)

Interestingly I have just upgraded to 7.03.03 and problem seems to have disappeared!

very odd -I know there was an issue with the profile avatar field that could do this but that's only in a webfarm scenario - perhaps your host does that (some do as loadbalancing/failover) - anyway, as long as it works now.
