Can anyone help me? I'm using the following in my page header tags for each page but was wondering if I only need the domain name or do I need to include the page name in the ref:

<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.cybersecurityforeveryone.com" />

or

<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.cybersecurityforeveryone.com/Home" />

carrying that out further I would want to change the ref for each page...ie <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.cybersecurityforeveryone.com/ContactUs" /> etc.

Should I include the .aspx in the ref or just leave it with the friendly url?

I've added definitions for each of my pages for friendly urls.

.*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)/  =  ~/ContactUs.aspx$1 which is allowing my site to come up if I enter http://www.cybersecurityforeveryone.com/ContactUs as the url without the .aspx.

Advanced URLs in DNN 7.1.0 and later do not use .aspx by default and will handle all the redirect for you.
Make sure to enable it in web.config by replacing "humanfriendly" with "advanced"

I found the following in my web.config concerning friendlyUrl's...what exactly do I change to "advanced"??? Just a bit confused.
