Hi friends:

One of the HTML Modules I put on my site's home page contains a promotional video embedded using the YouTube embedded player. I'd like to have this referenced in the SITEMAP.XML file that is generated from DNN through SiteMap.aspx per Google's SEO starter guide:

xmlns:video="http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap-video/1.1"

How would I go about having this added?

if you have included the video using an html module, it will be indexed by default together with the page (there will not be a dedicated entry in sitemap for the video as it shouldn't).

Cheers from Germany,
