Cannot create security role in DNN7

Hi,

when clicking the "Add New Role" button in Security Roles, I get the following screen:

I can enter a role name and a description, but I can neither change anything else nor click the "Update" or "Cancel" button. Same thing for the "Advanced Settings" tab, only the first two fields ("Service Fee" and "Billing Period") can be filled.

DNN version: 7.2.1 - I also tried to upgrade the site to 7.4., did not make any difference.

There seem to be an issue retrieving roles.
Please backup your database,
run https://dnnscript.codeplex.com/releas... (should be applicable to DNN 7.2.1 and 7.4.0 as well)
and restart the application.

do you notice anything special in roles table or RoleGroups?
Did you try using default skin?

Sebastian,

The RoleGroups table is empty (as there are no role groups in this portal), and the Roles table looks really normal. There are ten roles in it, three of them have negative IDs (-3: Unauthenticated Users, -2: Superusers, -1: All Users). Nothing really special, only security roles (no social groups).

I tried the default skin, same thing.
