We have DNN running in a Web Farm environment on three RackSpace Cloud web servers

Is it possible for us to move our Portals/0 folder to a centralised SAN storage UNC path so that we don't have to replicate the content on all 3 servers, hence using up disk space on all 3 servers.

sure, you just Need to Point your Website to it. there should be a number of documentation for this on MSDN, as it is not a DNN specific question.

I don't mean the whole DNN web site folder, just the portal folder that stores all the user uploaded images, videos, files, etc  and any galleries and any other files other modules use

is it possible to configure DNN to point the portal folder elsewhere?
