Hi, this is probably obvious ? but I have a portal created to advertise an event that has just finished. Now it is possible that it may well become an annual event and therefore reused. For the moment I will be asked to remove it so what is the best way to un publish without deleting so It can be turned on again next year if needed.

Have two URLs for the site, and remove the "real" URL from the IIS bindings. Also, set the site to be visible only to superusers. Then, if someone discovers the other URL, they will just see a login screen.
