DNN 7.4.0

We have made changes to a page on our website changing two images. Completely different images with new urls.

The page saves, edit mode shows the new images as expected.

When we close Edit mode, the page still shows the original images, not the new ones.

I did some research and read that caching is typically the culprit here, so I rebooted the entire web server to clear any possible caches but the issue persists.  Also many days have gone by since the changes were made, but still the old images are showing.

According to the version history, the changes are published.
