I'm not sure if anyone is going to be able to help me because my company is using a very old version of DNN, version 04.08.01. BUT here goes.

Disclaimer: I inherited this website and was given little to no training so it's completely plausible that I've missed simple things and don't know stuff I should.

My problem: We have a module called EGIConsulting.JobBoard. We use it to list our job opportunities and to allow people to apply. In the form to submit an application and resume, DNN can only process .doc and .pdf. It errors out on .docx saying: "Email was not sent. Please upload a resume in a .doc, .docx, or .pdf format."  I don't necessarily care that we can't accept .docx but I don't want the error message saying that we can. However, I can't find the text for that error message. I figured out how to remove the label containing the error message but that causes more problems because it handles success messages as well.

As far as I can tell there are two possible solutions: Find the text for the error message and change it or get our DNN to except .docx.

I don't care which just as long as I can prevent the contradicting message.

 Any ideas?

 Thanks!
