Hi,

How can I change the login name for the host account from the default name HOST to my own name?

You can not change any login name, neither for host or normal user. You are able to create new host users which can be named like you want.

Why do you want to alter login names? They should only be used for login. If it is displayed by any module it will be the fault of the current module. The new 3/4.3.x releases has introduced display name.

Hi

Its OK....the simple solution is to create a new super user with my own name and then delete the host superuser account!
