Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post but couldn't see a general support section. One of my clients is having an issue with her website - a published page cannot be seen while logged out. If you login as super user you cant see the page and all the permissions are correctly set.

I unpublished and re-published the page just to reset the permissions. This did not work. I then deleted the page and deleted it from the recycle bin and recreated the page from a template - same thing - still cannot see the page when logged out.

I cleared the cache and recycled the application pool as well as upgraded to the latest version of dnn (it was on 1 version down previously).

The page should show when you go to the following link but doesn't and shows a permissions error instead:

http://www.indivijewelistic.co.uk/onl...

Thank you for your time and help.

Andre

Which DNN version are you running?
Are you using a special name?

The latest available version.

What's a special name?

the name of the page is Online Shop - no special characters.

The page has been working for nearly a year and suddenly vanished for no reason. I can't see anything related in the eventlog

I might create a test page and verify that you are able to properly set permissions on a different page.  That would isolate it to a page specific issue even though you pretty much know this is the case.  It looks like you are using NBStore so you should be able to recreate that page by adding the Product View Module, the Category Menu Module, and the Mini Cart Module without much difficulty. If you can recreate that page successfully as a test page, then I might just then delete the old page and rename the test page.  Otherwise if you work with SQL I would be looking at the TabPermission db table and trying to find an anomaly to that page's TabId's data.

Double and Triple Check your Page Settings Permissions.  I've sometimes set a Module's Permissions when I meant to set a Page Settings level permission.
