I recently moved a few different installs off DNN to a new server and whenever I click on the login and register for one of them I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Same thing if I type the url directly. All the other pages work fine. It's driving me nuts. Can't for the life of me remember which version the install is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Edit: the DotNetNuke.dll is 5.2.0.275

Any chance you had SSL setup on the old server, but not the new server?

Maybe a port number assigned to a site alias?

There was SSL set up on the other server. Is it fixable without using ssl on the new server?

Thanks Chris, I found your blog post from 2008 on this problem and was able to fix it.
