I have tried every combination in Win Server 2012 R2 IIS MIME to get woff2 to work but nothing helps, latest is application/font-woff2. Appears that all is set up correctly in the server but nothing helps. Woff serves correctly, application/font-woff. Calling application still works fine as when woff2 can't be found (404 error) it serves woff. Only problem comes is that it is filling up the Event Viewer log with 404 errors. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried adding the mimeMap to the web.config of your DNN site?

<system.webServer>
  <staticContent>
    <remove fileExtension=".woff2" />
    <mimeMap fileExtension=".woff2" mimeType="application/font-woff2" />
  </staticContent>
</system.webServer>

Even after registering the mime type, I am experiencing same issue, getting DNN 404 page instead of serving the file (works fine with .woff file.

Have you tried monitoring the request in Fiddler to see exactly what is requested and what headers are being sent?
