I have DNN 7.4.2 Community version. When i click on Admin-File Management, i get hour glass without showing any files/folders. Please advice.

any issue logged in Admin > Log Viewer?
any other special settings of the site?

I suggest starting by clearing content of /app_data/search folder.
you may re-index the site using "Re-index" in Admin > Search Administration later.
