After uploaded Db ,

SELECT TOP 1000 [PortalAliasID]
,[PortalID]
,[HTTPAlias]
,[CreatedByUserID]
,[CreatedOnDate]
,[LastModifiedByUserID]
,[LastModifiedOnDate]
,[BrowserType]
,[Skin]
,[CultureCode]

can't change DB with my sql studio due to different version.
There is a script to change portal alias directly in DNN sql editor?

you need to have one primary alias for EACH language and a neutral one.
You may update portal alias using DNN SQL:
UPDATE PortalALIAS Set isPrimary = 1 WHERE PortalAliasID = (enter your number here)
