I installed the Active form downloaded from official website.  Everything was fine for testing.

Then I delete it from page and uninstall it because soem reason. Then I installed it back again. And then change forum name, save and exit. now, problem happen, it gets error.

 

From logs below, I can not find what causes this happen

Then I tried uninstall/re-install, nothing help. Then I download source code of AF, complied it and installed, same error after editing forum name.

 can anyone  give me some advise? It takes me couple days...crazy head...

I would uninstall AF again and check the database for any orphaned object (table, view, procedure, function) named "activeForums..." and delete it.
Afterwards check /desktopmodules folder and make sure, ActiveForums subfolder has been deleted and there is no activeforums*.dll or DotNetNuke.Modules.ActiveForums*.dll.
Afterwards you should be able to re-install the module.

It seems something wrong with my solution settings not AF. I found that, if I open the DNN solution on VS2015, then website gets error. If I close VS2015, delete and recreate the website by IIS. it  works perfect.

 

I added AF source project into DNN solution as a module project, building/debuging are all fine. But I dont know why it causes this error. I could n't find the problem.

HUm..after uninstall the AF module, eveything was gone, very clean.
