After install the AF module, there are two modules on Admin panel. One is Active Forum, another one is "Active forum whatsnew".

How to do so? Becaue I want to add a custom module based on AF.

"Active Forum" is the forums module, "What's New" is indented e.g. for the home page of your site to display latest posts.
To install Active Forums:
- create a new page, add "Active Forums" to it.
- enter control panel (top right) and create your forum groups, forums and sub-forums.
- enter module settings to configure, how the forums behave.

I aleady did this. However its default interface is not what I want. I dont like its forum styles, looks too simple. Also, I want take part of the topic list looks like red squre part of picture below:

I have gone through its source code. I dont know which file is for listing the topics of certain forum. So I decide to make one module base on it like "Whatsnew" module.

And I can not register account on their support forum. The verification emails are not sent to my emails(I had tried different Email address). I contact them by web form, no reply at all. I will try GMAIL one more last time. hope it receives the verification email.

This here (and what we see from your screenshot) is not the Active Forums module, but the DNN "Core" Forum (https://github.com/DNNCommunity/DNN.F...). If you're evaluating free forum software for DNN, you should also have a look at YAF.Net for DNN (http://dnnyafnet.codeplex.com/).

Happy DNNing!
