We have an Agency Services Role on our website.  The role will handle calls from external customers and assist with password and other logon issues.  One of the tasks they will need to be able to do is reset passwords.  Administrators and SuperUsers have access to the pencil, trashcan and shield in the user setup pages but this newly created role doesn't have that access.  Manage Users is checked on the Permissions tab of the settings page for the role.  What are we missing?

Sarah,

I've never noticed the Manage Permissions security option. It seems to me like they were CONSIDERING allowing other non-Admin users to manage accounts but never fully implemented this.

You'll need to use a 3rd party module for this (search on the DNN store for User Management).

you should consider using a 3rd party User Management module, e.g. from datasprings.com or https://github.com/DNN-Connect/UserAc...
