strange, it looks like the userid is missing, when the record is added.
is this a new install or an upgrade, did you do any modification at the database, which affects this table?

Sebastian,

I recently upgraded form 7.3.2 to 8.0.1.

I have not specifically modified the "tabPermission" table. I just tried to modify other pages permissions using the page management section. Adding registered users or removing and I get the same error. I tried using only a admin account instead of a super user, same error. It's like I cannot change any permissions on the pages or new pages.

Any idea on what is wrong? Something from the upgrade I am suspecting.

there seem to be a broken index. I need to grab the index definition for the table for you to restore it, but I am atm working onsite for a client.
