It would work great if the region/states was a dropdown list since the country is already being pre populated by IP lookup. The only way I can get it to work is by deleting the country and then start typing in again. Once the county is then re selected the states converts to a dropdown list. It does not seem like a very sensible solution to a self registration form.

Might you have any other options for making this easier for the user?
