Is it possible to allow a specific security role to be an administrator of a specific page only without being an administrator of the whole site.  I want to create a page where someone could add modules or, at the very least, move modules around on the page from content pane to content pane but only do it on that particular page and not on any other pages on the site.  I've tried giving that security role "edit" rights to the page but that doesn't seem to be working.

you may grant edit permission for the page to any role or user (in page settings).
