I am using DNN 8.00.03 and when I create a page, and go to  Advanced Settings > Other Settings >  Link URL > File (a file on your site), when I try to go to the page it throws the following error message:

When I go to Page Management, right click on the page and select View Page, it works (it redirects to the file).

advanced settings are deprecated (the module and page should have been removed during upgrade).
