DNN Corp. replaced most of the admin modules with personaBar panes.
AFAIK it is still unclear, what will happen to the previously used admin modules (whether they will be converted into separately installable packages - most likely, DNN Corp is lacking the resources needed for this task.

I think the source package has an issue. I don't see the personalbar like you said. I opened Admin/Extensions and saw only Installed Extensions. No Available Extensions.

I just installed the Install package. There are PersonalBar here and it works fine.
