I've got a copy of EVOQ 9 set up, and on the main parent site, I can modify the page content without issue. However, on any portal sites, I'm having an issue that's preventing me from editing any page content.

Whenever I load up a page in a portal site, I'll click the edit icon and the page will refresh, but the bar across the bottom doesn't display. It seems to just refresh the same page. I can get to the page with the editing bar via the persona bar Content > Pages > then selecting the edit icon on the page. However, once I'm at that page, if I try to modify a block, such as deleting the placeholder cavalier content or adding a WYSIWYG block, the page will refresh and bring me to the non-editing version. I'm not getting any javascript errors or anything (I'm using chrome), which is the first thing I checked.

This issue is making it impossible to build out a skin.
