Hello everyone,

This past Friday, for some unknown reason, the Image Manager on my company's website went completely blank and does not provide any options to access, upload, or change any of my images.

I am a Marketing Director, not a technical guy, and could really use some help to understand what happened and how to fix it. My knowledge on the subject is very limited so please feel free to explain it to me like I'm a 4-year old... I won't be offended. I would love a step-by-step walkthrough to make sure I do it right.

I'll be happy to provide any additional information you need to help troubleshoot the problem. Thank you in advance for your help!

~David

Any idea what editor you are using? Rad Editor or CK Editor?

You can try to re-index the files by going to admin -> file management then selecting the root folder. There is a refresh button with drop down for sync this folder and subfolders.
