It seems my cache is not cleaning automatically. The IIS AppPool\User has Full Control to the entire DNN Root Folder and subdirectories from all I can tell. The App Pool\User is the owner of the .resources files, with Full Control in the Cache/Pages folders in the Portals.
The symptoms of stale cache are evident to unathenticated users whenever content changes are made. I can manually delete all the pages/.resources files; and the content changes are then visible to unauthenticated users. When I use the "Clear Cache" button; it does not seem to delete all the resources files.
What am I missing?
