Is it possible to change the default visibilty under the add module section to "Page Editors Only"? If this is documented I'd appreciate a pointer in the right direction.

Thanks

There are two settings - If you select nothing it defaults to the page setting permissions.

Was there something specific you required?

Exactly..."it defaults to page setting permissions", that is what I would like to change so that the "default" would instead be "Page Editors Only". What I am hoping to do is prevent editors from accidently posting content before having a chance to review. Its not the end of the world if this isnt possible, but it would make the process of managing editors easier.

You can set default Page Settings (toward the bottom).  Just go into the Module Settings for any module on the site.  Change the permissions to what you would like the default to be.  Then, down under Advanced Settings at the bottom, also check the Set as Default Settings checkbox.  Click Update.

However, I don't believe it's possible to do what you are asking.  I think that the default settings only apply to Page Settings.  I think it's a great suggestion, why not post it in the enhancement requests thread?
