Google recently spidered our website, and it seems to have only reindexed the home page. It's is the only one with keywords at the moment. Is the keywords the reason why the other pages didn't get indexed, or are there other possibilities as to why they weren't indexed?

Are you running 4.3.2?  If you're running an earlier version of DNN 4 check your web.config for this:

<authentication mode="Forms">

<forms name=".DOTNETNUKE" protection="All" timeout="60" cookieless="UseCookies"/>

</authentication>

Make sure the cookieless attribute is in there.
