I love this chat module, but I'm having 1 main issue with it.  On DNN 4.4.

If a user is not logged in to the site, they are presented with a textbox to submit a nickname to enter the chat.  However, anything I submit in here just reloads the same page asking for nickname…  so unregistered users are unable to join.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve?

I got the newest version off the website, but still don't see a way to purge the chat... how do you do it?

Thanks!

I have test them with DNN 4.4.1 and it works, without any issue.  I can not reprocedure this.  Please check your Module Settings !  Otherwise please get support on http://www.imesser.com .  This is not the official Forum of this module.

Regards

Matthias

Am having the same problems but this was not apparent until about 2 or 3 days ago.  I have no idea what's causing this.

Sorry, but this conversation could get quite confusing for a lot of people, since it's more of a support thread for another moduel. Please refer to iMesSer for support on the iMesser Chat Module. This forum is supposed to be at least related to the DotNetNuke Chat Module.
