Let's say that we have following situation:

Domain: www.mysite.com
DNN Portal: Mysite

Now, inside portal we have for ex. 5 pages (tabs)

Mysite
             About Me
             Interests
             Projects
             Gallery
             Contact

Can anyone point me to the correct way to implement following redirection:

aboutme.mysite.com >>  Mysite - About Me
intersts.mysite.com >> Mysite - Interests

etc..

Thanks alot.
Goran

Hey,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I'll try to fix it in the way that it's noted on the link above.

Will let you know the progress.

Seems like I am not managing to get it work.

1) I have created Host(A) entry for my subdomain in DNS settings.
    I can normally ping the subdomain, so that should not be the problem

2) I have modified the SiteUrls.config in the manner described in your blog entry

<RewriterRule>
   <LookFor>subdomain.mysite.com.*</LookFor>
   <SendTo>~/Default.aspx?tabname=subdomaintab</SendTo>
</RewriterRule>

I have put  in SendTo field the url which coresponds to the tabpage to which I want to redirect (Same as when I manually navigate to it).

But it is not working.
When I type subdomain.mysite.com I end up at the main page of my portal.

Is there any other things that I have to configure to make UrlRewrite to work.

Thanks for your reply.
Goran.

What version of DNN are you on?

You need to be running 3.3/4.3 to use this.
